Put It Together's one-on-one remote workshops allow you to attend remotely via GoToMeeting.com or similar site, at a time and place convenient for you.

Remote workshops are conducted one day per week in one-on-one sessions for four consecutive weeks.   Each session lasts approximately one to two hours and provides maximum flexibility for the busy business owner.

Upon completion of the workshop and its assignments you will be prepared to sell your business.

Put It Together's on-site workshops allow us to have a more in-depth perspective of your business, providing you with a workshop more tailored to your business. 

The on-site workshop is conducted at your place of business.  This two to three day comprehensive workshop allows us to better understand your business and its operations, which in turn will provide an even more personalized workshop.

Upon completion of the workshop and its assignments you will be prepared to sell your business.

                   This on-site workshop includes the Site Visit described below.

Upon being engaged to perform a site visit, we will tour your facility as if we were looking to acquire your business. 

We will ask questions you could expect from a potential  buyer, and will provide you with a report including suggestions that may be beneficial in positioning your company for sale.

The Site Visit is included in the On-Site Workshop and is an add-on option to the Remote Workshop. 

Upon engaging Put It Together to perform a mock due diligence, we will "put you under the magnifying glass" and review your documents and interview you as if we were seeking to acquire your company. 

The process will allow you to gain insight into the perceptions a prospective buyer will have of your business and prepare you for the invasiveness of the due diligence process.   It will allow you to see where you may have weaknesses and to make modifications where practicable.
